Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Control of the City of North Canton, Ohio, at the office of the Director of Administration, 145 North Main Street, North Canton, Ohio 44720, until 11:00 A.M., Eastern Daylight Time, Friday, March 17, 2017, for the purchase of Drinking Water Plant Chemicals, authorized by Ordinance No. 19-2017, as passed by City Council on February 16, 2017.

Each bid must contain the full name of each person, firm, company, or corporation interested in the same and must be accompanied by a BID BOND, CERTIFIED CHECK, or CASHIER’S CHECK in the sum of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the amount bid made payable to the City of North Canton, Ohio, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a written contract. Such bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check will be returned to the bidder/bidders upon receipt of the signed contract from the successful bidder.
The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any bid or any part or parts thereof and all bids and to waive any informality therein.
