A. By the authority vested in the Mayor of the City of North Canton pursuant to the Charter of the Municipality of North Canton, Ohio, 2018 it is hereby ORDERED that:B. In accordance with evolving guidance and directives from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Ohio Governor Michael DeWine, Ohio Department of Health, and the Stark County Health Department, this directive is being issued to provide additional action to reverse the rapidly increasing spread of the corona virus.C. Starting July 20, 2020, the City of North Canton will not be accepting any new reservations for park shelters, pavilions, or indoor facilities through January 2, 2021. All individuals or groups who have current reservations for use of park shelters or pavilions and indoor facilities i.e. North Canton Civic Center or Dogwood Park will be honored. D. No permits will be issued for neighborhood type block parties indefinitely. No person, groups of persons or organizations shall conduct or participate in any parade, assemblage or procession other than a funeral procession upon any street or highway, or block off any street or highway area, without first obtaining a permit from the Chief of Police until further notice. E. Facial coverings are required when doing business at City Hall.F. As of July 17, 2020, the following list of events or programs have been suspended or canceled in cooperation with preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
