We are excited to announce that the City of North Canton has transitioned to a new payment processor for utility payments. This change is aimed at providing you with a more convenient and user-friendly experience when making payments or managing your account.
To access the new payment platform, please click on the "Pay Utilities Online" button. After the May billing period, we encourage you to create an account on this platform to manage and make payments for your utility services. To create an account, you will need your CID number which will be on your June bill. For the May bill, please pay as a "guest" under the quick pay option.
