1. When are the North Canton parks open?

Winter hours (September through April)

8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

Summer hours (May through August) 

8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

2. When will there be mosquito fogging?

Mosquito fogging is typically done once a month during the summer. We will cover around ¼ of the City each night over the span of four nights (Monday-Thursday). Keep in mind that weather and the mosquito population can affect this schedule. The schedule will be posted on our social media pages and website as it becomes available.

3. How can I reserve a park facility for an event?

Renting a shelter is now as easy as shopping online! Please visit our scheduling catalog at this link to view availability of the facilities and reserve your spot today! Payments must be made in full at the time of reservation in order to secure your date.

We have several options available to rent:
Dogwood Pavilion (indoor)
North Canton Civic Center (indoor)
Picnic Shelters at Price, Witwer and Eastwoods parks (outdoor)

4. Does The City of North Canton have baseball/softball fields to rent?

Yes! We have two field options to choose from:

Price Park Softball Field: Located at 1000 W Maple St North Canton, OH 44720
Witwer Baseball/Softball Field: Located at 301 Harmon St SW North Canton, OH 44720

5. Where can I play pickelball?

North Canton offers two locations for all of the Pickleball enthusiasts out there!

Upper Glenwood: 227 Glenwood St SE, North Canton, OH 44720
Arrowhead Golf and Events Center: 1500 Rogwin Cir SW, North Canton, OH 44720

Both sets of courts are open to the public to use on a first come, first serve basis.
